Unable to add source and Test Connection in Coalesce

Hi All,

I am a newbee with Coalesce and trying to connect through Snowflake partner connect. However after launching and setting required login credentials I am unable to add sources from default snowflake database.
I have checked Development workspace to ensure that your Snowflake credentials and storage mappings are filled out and saved all has been checked, also I am unable to test my connection post clicking the test connection button nothing happens, please suggest I am stucked.
