Shared Slack or Teams channel
We systematically offer to create a slack connect channel with your team and our customer success team. We frequently have Product Managers and Solution Engineers joining for direct interactions.
If you do not have such a channel, you may want to reach out to your Catalog admin to be added to the existing channel
