Content and Context

There are several ways to generate knowledge and enrich the context of an asset in Catalog.

The four main elements you can use are:

• Descriptions to enrich your assets by detailing their purpose, key use cases, and other valuable information
• Tags to identify and group assets together
• Pinned Assets to provide additional context by linking relevant tables, dashboards, or knowledge to a specific asset
• Ownership to make sure each asset has an owner responsible for ensuring its documentation is up to date
